ATU Galway Medium Retrofit
2022 saw Ireland’s Government focus on investing in higher education with circa €40m allocated to the environmental enhancements to much needed university facilities.
We have also seen that Ireland has been ranked last place for education investment out of 40 countries with just 3.3% of GDP spent on primary to tertiary education.
However, we have seen growth in Education projects, working across the whole of Ireland including the most recent county to achieve university status, Carlow for its new TU campus whose students graduated in 2022.
The future for education is not yet certain, however it is growing and if you are a public sector body or school looking for expertise across all school and college stages, our team is helping make the change.
Education continues to face significant change and a range of challenges as education systems try to balance the modern world of teaching with its fundamental curriculum. In all instances our aim is to work with our clients to maintain the high standards and new ways of learning in the facilities they design and build, and at the same time achieve value for money.
As expert advisers in education projects across public and private sectors, our work includes the expansion and new build of primary, secondary and tertiary academies and on-campus facilities.
Our team provides Due Diligence and Feasibility Advice, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration, PDSP, Cost Management, Cost Planning Advice, Project Fund Monitoring and Dispute Resolution services.
We are changing the world for the better. One space at a time. Take a glimpse at our projects and discover how we’re radically transforming the blueprint for design and construction.
