In just under four years Duke McCaffrey has grown from a two-man set up to an organisation working across eight industry sectors. What has driven this success?

The firm has invested in improving its own technology to align with developing industry trends such as BIM, sharing knowledge on how to increase value for developments and has created a credible network of designers and contractors - all with the ultimate aim of creating commercially viable, aesthetically pleasing and inspiring buildings for those who invest, develop, live or work in them.

On this day of Duke McCaffrey’s website launch, Joe McCaffrey, Director, Duke McCaffrey says “Our new website is a superb showcase of the range and scale of the projects we undertake. Kevin Duke is a co-founder of Duke McCaffrey and an experienced quantity surveyor with over 25 years’
experience in diverse industry sectors across Ireland, UK and Europe on projects ranging €100K to €3BN+. Kevin set up Duke McCaffrey with Joe in December 2015 as there was a developing need for construction consultants that provided insightful and senior expertise to clients.

Joe McCaffrey is a co-founder of Duke McCaffrey and is a chartered M&E Quantity Surveyor with
specialist experience in Data Centers, Hotels, large scale Residential and Commercial projects across Ireland, UK and Europe with values of €100K to €300M+.  Joe has partnered Kevin since 2015, growing the business organically. Together their vision was to provide independent and experienced advice, but also senior management hands-on advice to allow clients to make the right decision for their property portfolios.

Michael Nyland is also a Director of Duke McCaffrey and is their Project Management lead with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry working on projects across Europe, with success delivering projects and commissions in both the public and private sector. His direct experience covers Commercial office projects, Education, Data Centers, Student Accommodation, Health & Life Sciences and Infrastructure as well as providing technical due diligence and fund monitoring on some of the largest real estate investments in Ireland

Ronan McGee is the youngest member of a very experienced team. Ronan has a breadth of experience with over ten years’ experience in cost management for both a major multi-national consultancy and Duke McCaffrey.  Ronan’s is an experienced quantity surveyor across Commercial and Mixed-Use, Retail,
Residential, Student Accommodation and Hospitality & Leisure schemes.
