Iomair Treacey, senior quantity surveyor and cost manager at Duke McCaffrey has been promoted to Associate Director. His promotion comes at the same time as the newly appointed board announcements to support the business expansion in Ireland, the US and Middle East.

This year has already been a fantastic professional year for Iomair, who recently passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Joining us in 2021 as a senior cost manager, Iomair has provided an invaluable service to our clients, becoming known for his strength in financial acumen and costing knowledge for complex schemes across diverse sectors – education, residential, retail, commercial and renovation within conservation remits.
