Chloe Hayden-Doyle

Chloe is a driven and dedicated final-year college student pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, set to graduate on May 17th. She brings a wealth of experience to Duke McCaffrey, having worked with the company on and off since the summer of 2021. Chloe’s commitment to excellence was evident during her placement with Duke McCaffrey, which spanned from January 2022 to August 2022. Her exceptional work ethic and attention to detail impressed the team, and we are thrilled to welcome her back on a part-time basis until she completes her studies.

Describe your career journey to date. What is the most significant achievement you have made?

My career journey has been short but amazing so far. I originally started with Duke McCaffrey back in 2021 for the summer to gain experience during my second year of college. I then returned in January 2022 for my placement which I gained an ample amount of knowledge to bring back to college when I returned in September. This eight-month period of working gave me a huge confidence boost and was a stepping stone into real life projects. I have re-joined now permanently as I am almost finished college. I look forward to my future and continuously learning day by day!

Describe the culture at Duke McCaffrey.

The culture at Duke McCaffrey is great! Every time I’m in the office I know I’ll have a good day because everyone gets along and has a laugh together. We work hard and we work great together as a team. I am constantly encouraged to learn and achieve to the highest standards. Throughout my studies, colleagues have guided me and helped me with my final year dissertation. We celebrate achievements and enjoy going to events and gatherings together, this definitely boosts morale within the office and I look forward to the team building and events to come in the future.
