Ian Kelleher

Ian joined Duke McCaffrey in 2017 as Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Director in 2022. He leads the Project Management team and plays a key role in delivery quality and output deliverables for all Clients. Ian has been involved in the construction industry since 2003 and has been involved in complex construction and engineering projects throughout various market sectors and is used to working on complex multi phased projects. Ian has worked on projects ranging in value from €250k to €50m+.

Ian’s skillset includes project management, project planning, design management, contract and procurement, change control, tender co-ordination, health and safety legislation and risk management.

Ian has recently delivered residential care home development at Dundalk, Riverstick and Duleek and is currently working on project at Kilmacanogue, Northern Cross, Arran Street, Airton Road and Dublin City University.

Describe the culture at Duke McCaffrey

What has been the biggest achievement for the Duke McCaffrey team?

DMC’s navigation through a turbulent period for the construction sector as a result of Covid 19 has been a major achievement for the business. Through uncertain times, DMC’s business leaders not only expertly managed and protected our existing client base, we also expanded our client network and won various projects that came to fruition as construction reopened. This resulted in strong growth for our PM service offering with our PM team more than doubling post Covid.
