John Mernagh

John is a Senior Cost Manager in the practice and is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 20+ years’s experience. He is a hands-on professional that understands the technical aspects of projects and how to deliver value for clients throughout the design, procurement and delivery stages.

John has experience of a wide range of procurement and contractual delivery models, providing bespoke procurement reports, various development stage cost estimating and budget control, pricing document/bill of quantities production, tender documentation and reporting, post contract cost control and final account agreement/reporting.  John has a detailed understanding of projects throughout sectors such as residential health care, high tech and third level education projects. He is currently providing quantity surveying services for Clients such as Grangegorman Development Agency and the Health Service Executive.
