Li-Hui Ng

Li-Hui is a specialist M&E Quantity Surveyor with particular experience in the data centre and commercial sectors. Li-Hui also has residential sector experience and is currently delivering a number of residential PRS schemes which contains a large proportion of M&E works.

Her detailed knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems will also be invaluable during the detailed design and procurement phases.

Describe your career journey to date. What is the most significant achievement you have made?

Had great exposure to different type of projects specifically in M&E projects which benefits my progression to become an M&E QS. I was given the opportunity to be initially involved and eventually handled a complex data centre project in a live environment.

Describe the culture at Duke McCaffrey

Ensured full involvement and team working spirit between all personnel within the firm specifically while working towards a project milestone. Guidance and support were always present among everyone in the firm.
