Mark Kirwan
Mark is Joint Managing Director at Duke McCaffrey and also an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a detailed knowledge of the construction industry across various sectors.
Mark having previously worked in development funding managing several large asset portfolios totalling €300-400m along with managing a number of large development projects across Ireland.
Mark’s skillset includes providing contract and procurement strategies, project procurement, cost advice, cost control/change management, cost management procedures, contract management, tender/contract documentation, re-instatement valuations/advice and contract management.
Mark is currently working on projects for Clyde Real Estate, Red Rock Developments, Delsk, Health Service Executive, Digital Realty and Silver stream Healthcare Group.
