Approved under fast-track planning, the 328 apartments will be spread across 2 main blocks, spanning in height from 6 to 8 storeys.
Construction commenced in June 2022 following an Enabling Works/Demolition Contract. Once complete, these blocks will contain a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bed homes with associated private balconies or terraces.
In addition to the residential units, the scheme will include 3 commercial units, retail unit, a creche, residential amenity spaces such as Gym, Lounge, Dining Areas which can be booked for entertaining as well as public and communal open spaces that include children’s play areas. A total of 184 car spaces and 597 bicycle storage spaces are also being provided.
The 2.94 Acre site is located less than 1km from The Square Tallaght Shopping Centre and Belgard LUAS station.
