The New Build Care Centre at Kilmacanogue South will provide county Wicklow with an additional 119 beds of high quality care accommodation.
Accommodation is designed to address the needs of all potential residents and includes superior single and companion rooms with large en-suites.
Sugarloaf Care Centre will be provided with more than 700m2 of outdoor areas ideal for anyone wishing to spend time in nature, suitable for outdoor pursuits and recreational activities. Its location between the Great and Little Sugarloaf peaks only adds to this idyllic setting.
With more than 480m2 of bright and spacious amenity areas that include dining rooms, day rooms and coffee docks, future residents and families will be able to enjoy quality time together surrounding by the amazing views of one of the most beautiful mountains in Ireland.
The Construction Phase commenced in November 2022 with completion expected in Q2 2024.
