STATEMENT

The Maldron Hotel, Grandby Row, Dublin is a city centre contemporary hotel providing 129 rooms.

This project involved a complex and unique extension of rooms through the refurbishment of Georgian properties on Parnell Square West and the additional floors to the top of the new building, adding an extra 55 bedrooms to the property.

The challenges of the project included maintaining a live trading hotel in full operation and managing a complex extension and refurbishment project.
