The development includes the following;
- Construction of a part 7, part 8 and part 9 storey 191 unit apartment development over a 2-storey basement level. The 191 apartments consist of 6 no. studios, 76 no one bed and 109 no. 2 bed units;
- 118 no. car parking spaces of which 103 are located at upper basement level;
- 424 no. bicycle parking spaces
- Private amenity spaces along with public and communal open space and children’s play areas at ground floor level.
Works commenced on site in July 2021 and are progressing via a design and build procurement route. The turnkey development is to be completed by September 2023.
- DMC are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the development
- All apartments to achieve an A3 BER rating.
- Development been completed within a busy mixed us estate.
