STATEMENT

Bedrooms include a mix of double, triple and interconnecting en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor contains reception area, open plan guest seating, bar and restaurant areas.

The challenges of the project include planning permission for the site by achieving a very high standard and conversation work sympathetic to the Gloucester Street properties.
