Day-to-day management of projects is a service that is often required on more complex projects with multiple stakeholders and large supply chains. An independent role, the project supervisor works with you to manage and monitor the design and construction process.
In addition to the project co-ordination, one of the key elements of the role is protecting the health, safety and welfare of all those working on the construction site. The project supervisor will work closely with the senior project manager.
