A highly complex and intrusive fit-out project to an existing Keppel DC REIT owned data center at Citywest.

Keppel DC REIT owns and operates an existing data center at DUB01 Citywest Business Campus, which is home to leading technology and client customers. As part of five-year business improvement strategy all major LV, MV, Switchgear and UPS and all associated mechanical cooling systems are being replaced to meet better efficiency performance, replacing equipment nearing end of life cycle and improving PUE.

This highly complex project involves the construction of a new plant and equipment gantry system, intrusive like for like plant and equipment switch outs and shutdowns within the customer colocation spaces.

The success of this project will bring an additional 2MW of customer white space to the market for Keppel DC REIT.

Keppel DC REIT owns and operates an existing data center at DUB02 IDA Ballycoolin Technology park, which is home to leading technology and client customers.

As part of providing additional space for existing customer the last phase of construction of Datahall 3 was commissioned. This involved the construction of a new gantry system, fit-out of LV, MV, Switchgear and UPS, Batteries, and all associated mechanical including AHUs cooling systems and fire suppression systems. The fit-out of white space including all floor, walls and ceilings and a mezzanine switch room.

The success of this project will bring an additional 2MW of customer white space to the market for Keppel DC REIT.

Digital Realty owns and operates an existing data center at DUB01 Blanchardstown Corporate Park, which is home to leading technology clients. As part of the business improvement strategy all major UPS, switchgear, batteries and associated mechanical cooling systems are being replaced to meet better efficiency performance, replacing equipment nearing end of life cycle and improving PUE.

This highly complex project involves the strip out and refurbishment of containerised plant and equipment modifications to gantry system, new roof and intrusive like for like plant and equipment switch outs and shutdowns with the customer approval.
