A sympathetic conversion of existing Georgian buildings to provide much needed homeless accommodation.
The project involves the conversion of an existing B&B guesthouse into much need homeless accommodation for Dublin City Council.
To remodel the new layout, the project required the refurbishment of existing Georgian buildings and sympathetic modification to listed conservation structures.
The refurbishment includes a new roof, insulation, en-suite to each room, social and amenity areas and fire escape refurbishment.
