STATEMENT

The construction of this seven-storey building and complex façade treatment and landscape on mid floors resulted in a vibrant new 109-bed Apart Hotel.

This prestigious project brings an exciting new 109-apart hotel and retail scheme to the vibrant town of Swords, Co Dublin.

This hotel is located near the main street of Swords beside the Swords Pavilions Shopping. Dublin Airport is less the 3km from the site adding a great mix of tourism and business travellers to this hotel.

The construction includes a basement below ground level on a relatively restricted site. It had all the complexities of working adjacent to live retail environment such as traffic management, site set up and health and safety of the public during construction. The end result is a top-class brand hotel to reflect the growing vibrancy of this out of city town and the onset of the new Metro link
