Nominated for medium office fit-out project of the year 2018, this 24,000 sqft of Cat A and Cat B office space was transformed for Core
Fit-out of the former Windmill Lane Studios building, this contemporary space is part of two newly constructed office blocks by Hibernia REIT in the Dublin City area.
This project consisted of the fit-out of approx. 24,000sqft of office space across the third floor of No1 Windmill Lane. Designed to Cat A and Cat B status, the office was presented to the tenant in shell state by the landlord.
This project was nominated for the Fit-Out Project of the Year – Medium Office in 2018.
