STATEMENT
Keppel DC REIT owns and operates an existing data centre at DUB02 IDA Ballycoolin Technology park, which is home to leading technology and client customers.
As part of providing additional space for existing customer the last phase of construction of Datahall 3 was commissioned. This involved the construction of a new gantry system, fit-out of LV, MV, Switchgear and UPS, Batteries, and all associated mechanical including AHUs cooling systems and fire suppression systems. The fit-out of white space including all floor, walls and ceilings and a mezzanine switch room.
The success of this project will bring an additional 2MW of customer white space to the market for Keppel DC REIT.
